Hey everyone!

I cannot believe that launch day is only four days away!!! Time seriously flew by, and it's so crazy that in just four days, I'll be beginning my journey of serving the Lord through missions again. Over these past few weeks, I've been packing a lot ( I have no idea how I'm going to carry a 40 pound backpack around for a whole nine months), finishing up work, and asking the Lord to prepare my heart to leave again. But honestly, I AM SO EXCITED TO GO!! The anticipation is so real; half of the time when I'm home I'm practically sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to leave.

I cannot wait to meet my squad and get to serve with them for the next nine months! Even though we're complete strangers to each other right now, I just know that that's going to change really fast since we'll literally be seeing each other every single day for almost a year.

Lately, I've just been in so much awe of all the Lord has done in a pretty short amount of time. I mean, it went from sitting on a bus on my last trip on the way to Guatemala talking to my leader about the potential option of this trip, holding on to the "maybe" part of going, to finally committing and now leaving in four days, all in the span of three months. It's genuinely so amazing to see how the Lord works, even when we don't actively see it in our lives. And over these past few months I have learned though so many different circumstances to just bring it all to the Lord and let Him do the rest.

So, as I prepare to leave so soon, I would love prayers for me not to get distracted and loose sight of what God has for me in this next season, and for the Lord to keep on teaching me to trust Him in deeper and new ways. Also, please be praying for us as a squad as we all get ready to go out and do kingdom work!
